
Hi, I’m Neelam.
My journey into this work began with a deeply personal shift. After spending many years in a conventional professional career, I realised that while I was capable and doing well outwardly, something essential felt missing. My workdays often left me feeling drained rather than fulfilled. In March 2025, after a series of life events, I chose to step away from that familiar path — even with the responsibilities of a mortgage — guided by a quiet but persistent sense that I was meant to do something more meaningful. With the wholehearted support of my husband, I allowed myself the space to listen inward.
I have always been naturally sensitive to the emotional states of others, drawn to creating calm, comfort, and safety. Over time, I came to understand this as an empathic and intuitive way of relating to people. My own experiences with stress, overwhelm, and inner healing shaped a genuine desire to support others navigating similar feelings. After leaving my job, I completed three levels of Reiki training and continued to practise closely with my Reiki Master, deepening both my understanding and my ability to hold space in a grounded, respectful way.
This work is not something I “switched to,” but something I slowly returned to — with greater clarity, presence, and intention.
A grounded approach to healing

I offer Reiki and energy-based support in a way that is gentle, respectful, and grounded in nervous-system awareness. My work is for people who are sensitive, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a quieter, safer way to reconnect with themselves.
Rather than forcing release or dramatic experiences, sessions are paced slowly and guided by your comfort. The body leads, and we follow.
Why I work this way
I believe healing happens most naturally when we feel safe, supported, and not rushed. Many people carry stress, emotional weight, or sensitivity that doesn’t respond well to pressure or “pushing through.”
My approach is informed by both ancient healing practices and a modern understanding of how the nervous system responds to safety, presence, and regulation.
What sessions are like
Sessions are calm and client-led. You remain fully clothed, and you can lie down or sit — whatever feels best for you.
Some people feel deep relaxation, warmth, or subtle shifts. Others feel very little in the moment. All experiences are valid, and there is no expectation to feel or do anything in particular.
