Course Prerequisites
To ensure students gain the full benefit of Reiki training, progression through the levels follows the traditional approach.
Before enrolling in Reiki Level 2, students must:
✔ Complete Reiki Level 1.
✔ Complete a 21-day self-healing practice following their Level 1 attunement.
✔ Allow a minimum of 3 months between Level 1 and Level 2 to integrate the energy, build confidence, and establish a regular Reiki practice.
These requirements are in place to honour the Reiki tradition and help students develop a strong foundation before progressing to the next level.

Do I need any previous experience?
No. Reiki Level 1 is suitable for complete beginners.
What is an Attunement?
A Reiki attunement is a sacred energetic initiation performed by a Reiki Master. During the attunement, a specific Reiki frequency is passed from Master to student, strengthening the student’s connection to universal life force energy. Each attunement supports your spiritual growth and expands your ability to channel Reiki.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You’ll receive a certificate upon successful completion of each level.
Can I practise Reiki after Level 1?
Yes. You’ll be able to practise Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets, and with permission, others.
Why is there a three-month gap before Level 2?
Reiki is best learned through experience. The integration period allows you to deepen your connection with Reiki, complete the recommended 21-day self-healing practice, and build confidence before advancing.
